Subject	Passenger Door Actuating Arm

Message	I had removed the door handle to change the lock cylinder, in doing so the actuator arm is now just floating in the door panel. I can completely remove the arm. I can connect the arm back to the handle, but when I do and try to reinstall into the door, the handle sticks up and I can't open the door from the outside. Any help? https://i.imgur.com/mOXs03i.jpg
